Favourite Discipline: Running but I do love a good bike ride!
Favourite Race: Ironman Wales or the Long Course Weekend! One of the hardest ‘Iron’ courses in the World! Sea swim, Hilly cycle and a very hilly run (which suited me!!) combined the most welcoming people and best crowds you’ll find in any British Race!
Best result: 1st in Age group (20-24) and overall 11th at Newby Hall English Duathlon Championships 2014,

Newly graduated Physiotherapist and have found myself at home running/cycling in the Yorkshire Fells! Will be traveling and racing from March 2015 for the remainder of the year. My target is to achieve a sub 2 hour Standard tri in 2015! Need to work on my swimming!
